How to answer questions on a guest speaker?

This assignment has two parts, Discuss your answers in fully developed sentences.

Charles Finkley, urban planner and Director of Planning and Development for Tunica County, will be the guest speaker in class. He has previously worked for planning departments in Memphis, TN; Mobile, AL; and Huntsville, AL. He is an alumni of Alabama A&M University’s Department of Community & Regional Planning. Some of Mr. Finkley’s associations include the Mississippi Chapter of the American Planning Association, Urban League, Urban Land Institute, Congress for the New Urbanism, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Conduct background research on the urban planning industry. Use at least one source for your research and cite it.

Part 1

• Explain with examples what type of internal and external influences from the Consumer Behavior Model (chapter 3) influence the customers of this industry?
